    Lighting Engineer/Technician This is a part-time/on-call position. The Heritage Theatre produces 6 in-house productions and approximately 100 rental events per year. As a team member at our Theatre you will be responsible for all of our clients’ lighting requirements/needs. Position Overview: • Acts as primary individual responsible for the set up, operation, and breakdown of lighting equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well with people and help others. • Experience in operation of advance lighting control systems and experience in lighting design preferred • Must have thorough knowledge of Dimmers, DMX, Moving Lights, Programming, Rigging, ETC Express Lighting console, and ability to read a lighting plot. • Must be willing work long hours including nights and weekends. • Lifting heavy loads exceeding 50 lbs. • Assist team with build out and routine maintenance of equipment, loading and unloading of all equipment for events, assembling/disassembling all show equipment. • Assist with inventory and forecasting equipment needs.
