This is a great show. The music is really good, the script is dynamite, the performances flawless, the set and costumes fabulous. I highly recommend it to people of all ages but especially the middle... Expand

My husband and I saw Thunderbabe Friday night and really enjoyed the show. It was nice to see I'm not the only one feeling stuck in middle age! But mostly it was nice to be able to laugh about it.... Expand
My husband and I saw Thunderbabe Friday night and really enjoyed the show. It was nice to see I'm not the only one feeling stuck in middle age! But mostly it was nice to be able to laugh about it. My husband was very impressed with the actors' talents and he is not easily impressed. Overall, we enjoyed the play, the plot, and the songs and would recommend Thunderbabe to other middle age folks as a fun time. Collapse

Shreck 3 will be around forever, but you've only got this weekend to see this charming and wised-up Cinderella. Done in panto style (lots of audience participation and winking humor), the show is huge fun for everyone 18 months to 88 years. Excellent work, as always, by PYT's young performers, but a special chance to see them stretch when the show gets a little improvisational. And any child you take to see this show will come away singing a refrain that's as sweet as "a dream is a wish your heart makes"--but one that's actually more empowering. Collapse

Pops concerts are like those old movies you keep watching; even though they may be corny at time, you keep grinning because the spirit is true. The melodies are familiar, the conductor cracks jokes, and everyone in the audience seems to be a regular. The concerts are great to bring your kids to. And, hey, you can also email jokes to the orchestra and the conductor just may read them aloud at the next concert. Collapse
