    Artsopolis has several promotional tools to sell tickets and increase visibility for Silicon Valley arts & entertainment organizations. Each option reaches a different audience, with the goal of getting your tickets in front of as many different sets of eyes as possible.     eSavers Half-Price Tickets

    Each week, our eSavers weekly email features 15-25 different half-price ticket offers to upcoming events. This is one of our best promotional tools to get the word out to a list of arts-focused subscribers!

    • Ticket email goes out every Wednesday to 14,000+ email subscribers (as of 6/1/07)
    • Half-price tickets are only available to subscribers to the weekly email (not on the website)
    • Just 10 tickets or 10% of your house (whichever smaller) to participate
    • Tickets need to be half the face value of the original ticket
    • Tickets are sold through the Artsopolis system, with service fees paid by the consumer
    • Checks are cut on the 1st and the 15th of the month for net collected, minus a 3.25% credit card fee
    • All consumer purchase information is available to you to download from our ticketing system

    Artsopolis ticket marketplace

    The Ticket Marketplace is our vehicle to sell full price or discounted tickets directly on the Artsopolis.com website. Tickets listed in the marketplace area also show up on your event's detail page, so visitors have a direct link to purchase tickets while looking at your event information.

    • Tickets can be full face value or discounted, service fees are paid by the consumer
    • Just 10 tickets or 10% of your house (whichever is smaller) to participate
    • Tickets are sold through the Artsopolis ticketing system
    • Artsopolis has the capability to sell reserved seating tickets
    • Purchase links also appear on event listings on our partner websites (added visibility)

    Private label ticketing

    Looking to sell tickets right off of your own website? The Artsopolis ticketing software can be used as your organizations' sole ticketing solution, including ticket printing, reserved seating, and point-of-sale box office capabilities. Ticket buyers can either buy from your site and go into an Artsopolis-branded shopping cart, or you can have the shopping cart tailored to your website's look and feel.
